The National Week of Prayer for the Healing of AIDS 2012 will be commemorated March 4 to 10. This year’s theme is “The End of the AIDS epidemic is in sight with prayer, education, testing and treatment!” Organizers of the week intend to educate Americans about HIV prevention facts; encourage and support HIV testing; advocate for the availability of compassionate care and treatment for all those living with the disease in every community in America; and love unconditionally all people living with and affected by the virus.
