Make it Rain
If you’re plagued by sinus problems, you may want to consider regularly rinsing your nasal passages. Just stir one-quarter teaspoon of salt into one cup of warm boiled or bottled water and pour it into a plastic squirt bottle or a neti pot, a spouted container that lets you pour the salty solution into your nostrils. After you flood your nasal cavity with the water from either the squirt bottle or neti pot, the solution flows out of the other nostril. Follow with a gentle blowing of your nose and say bye to pollen and other nasal irritants.
